Welcome to Kooee (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our limited edition fine art prints. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Product Quality & Description
Our artwork is printed on high-quality fine art paper using professional digital printing techniques. Each piece is limited to 500 prints and comes with a certificate of authenticity. While we strive to represent colours and details accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings.
3. Pricing & Changes
Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. If an error in pricing is found after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to availability. Payments must be completed before orders are processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as listed on our website. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or international transaction fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
6. Refunds & Returns
As our prints are limited edition, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. International returns may require additional shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased artwork. For international buyers, we are not liable for any customs delays, import restrictions, or legal issues related to international shipping.
8. Contract Formation
A contract between you and us is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or legal restrictions on shipping to certain countries.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Kooee. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our artwork without prior written consent. International copyright laws protect our work, and legal action may be taken against unauthorised use.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For international customers, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these terms.
11. Compliance with International Laws
When purchasing from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring that our products comply with the regulations and laws of your country. We do not guarantee compliance with international laws and are not liable for any legal issues that arise from importing our products.
