Paper

All prints are produced to Fine Art reproduction standards of the highest industry standards, complying with and guaranteeing the highest archival standards. Printed on the highest-grade archival paper from some of the world's finest paper mills.

Returns

We can only refund/replace items if they are defective, damaged or if there is an error in the contents of your order. For any of these issues please send us an email at hello@kooee.art and we will provide further details. 

 

Our returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

As our prints are limited edition, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. International returns may require additional shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We will send you an email to notify you we have received your return or photographic evidence together with approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed and your credit card will automatically be applied to your credit card and original method of payment within a certain number of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once you have had confirmation of your refund, if you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@kooee.art
